This role combines lead generation, inspections, sales presentations, and relationship building.

What You’ll Do
- Generate new homeowner opportunities through neighborhood outreach, referrals, and networking
- Work areas near active projects and storm-affected neighborhoods
- Perform residential roof and exterior inspections
- Educate homeowners on roofing and exterior solutions
- Present estimates and close sales
- Track activity using SalesRabbit
- Manage pipeline and customer communication in AccuLynx CRM
- Build relationships with realtors, insurance professionals, and homeowners

Successful team members focus on:
- Generating new homeowner conversations and inspections
- Following up consistently with leads and customers
- Networking with referral partners such as realtors and insurance agents

Income Support During Training
We understand that starting a new sales career takes time to build momentum.
To support new team members, Kerrigan Roofing provides an initial training support program while you complete onboarding and begin building your pipeline.
During this time you will receive:
- Structured sales training
- Field ride-alongs and mentorship

- Support while you begin closing your first projects
Our goal is to set every Certified Home Exterior Specialist up for long-term financial success.
Compensation
This is a commission-based position with significant income potential.
Typical earnings include:
- Commission on all closed projects
- Higher commission rates on self-generated leads
- Monthly and quarterly bonuses
- Top performers regularly earn $150,000+ annually
Many of our highest performers exceed $200,000 per year.
Training & Development
We provide a structured training program designed to develop elite exterior sales professionals.
Training includes:
- Professional sales process training
- Roofing, siding, and window product education
- Exterior inspection training
- Insurance restoration process training
- CRM and territory management training
- Objection handling and closing strategies
Our approach allows sales professionals to develop their own style while following proven systems.
Qualifications
- Sales experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Ability to work outdoors and walk neighborhoods
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to climb ladders and perform roof inspections (training provided)
